After college, I started working as a consultant for a large computer-consulting firm. After 10 years and lots of overtime on successful large projects, I was awarded a briefcase as my recognition. It was a nice briefcase, but I thought I could do better on my own.
Seven years into the business and working 80+ hours a week, my health deteriorated. I, too, knew that I needed to make a change or life will do it for me. We met ActionCOACH Russ Young, and he presented us with that opportunity.
